Fees

The standard plan provides our credit repair services and representation for $389.00. This fee is subject to the retainer agreement, terms of use, legal disclaimer and related disclosures set forth herein, and as incorporated in this website.

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RETAINER AGREEMENT BY MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD DAY AFTER YOU ACCEPT IT, AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

YOU MAY TERMINATE THE SERVICES OF THE FIRM AT ANY TIME.

Cancellation Policy

YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE FIRST 15 DAYS OF THE MONTH AFTER YOU ARE BILLED, THE FEE OF $389.00 WILL BE REFUNDED.

Our Warranty

Although we are fully confident in our services, because we are providing legal representation, which is affected by outside factors including the cooperation of the credit bureaus, creditors and client information - no warranty is provided for our credit repair services. However if you are dissatisfied with our services after the first months fee and retainer is paid and you subsequently cancel your services you will be provided a full refund of that month's service provided you cancel within the first 15 days of that month's billing.
